CoinShares Appoints Additional Custodian for Digital Securities Program

CoinShares Digital Securities Limited has announced the appointment of BitGo Europe GmbH as an additional custodian for its CoinShares Digital Individual Securities program. This development accompanies the release of a supplement to the program's base prospectus. The Swedish Financial Supervisory Authority approved this supplement on 23 October 2026.

The appointment of BitGo introduces new security arrangements under German law, benefiting security holders of the Digital Securities issued by CoinShares. These changes are detailed in supplement no. 2 to the base prospectus, available on the company's website.

The program, which offers exchange-traded products, received initial approval in March 2026. BitGo's addition aims to enhance the custodial framework of CoinShares' offerings.
