CNP Assurances Releases 2025 Financial Documents

CNP Assurances SA has announced the filing of its 2025 universal registration document with the Autorité des marchés financiers on April 9, 2026. This document, available on the CNP Assurances website, comprises the 2025 annual financial report, including the Management Report with the Sustainability Statement, the Corporate Governance Report, and the Financial and Consolidated Financial Statements.

Additionally, the CNP Assurances Group has released its Solvency and Financial Condition Reports (SFCR) for both Group and Solo as of December 31, 2025. Notably, the Group's Solvency Capital Requirement (SCR) coverage ratio increased to 256%, marking an improvement of 19 percentage points from the previous year.

English versions of these reports will be available by May 20, 2026, on the CNP Assurances website, further facilitating access for international stakeholders.
