CNP Assurances: First-Half 2026 Financial Results
CNP Assurances maintained stable performance in the first half of 2026, despite facing market challenges. Premium income stood at €19.8 billion, reflecting stability at constant scope and exchange rates. The attributable net profit reached €713 million, holding steady when excluding disposal effects.
The company's SCR coverage ratio was 247%, a decrease attributable to both market conditions and strategic financial adjustments. Equity totaled €22.2 billion, slightly lower than at the end of December 2025. The net contractual service margin increased to €12 billion, demonstrating resilience in their business model.
CNP launched a successful new strategic plan and initiated Lucya CNP, a 100% online insurance offering. Furthermore, the group expanded its social protection services and secured a pivotal distribution agreement in Italy.
