On December 18, 2025, Claranova announced the signing of a memorandum of understanding to settle a dispute in the United States. This dispute involved Avanquest, a group entity implicated in a class-action lawsuit in California. The allegations concerned breaches related to automatic subscription renewals, following new regulations in effect since 2022.

The agreement stipulates a payment of $2.5 million by Avanquest, in two installments, to be made using Claranova's available cash. Finalization of this agreement is subject to court approval, expected in the first half of 2026.

This settlement does not recognize any liability on the part of Claranova and does not affect its ambitions for 2028. The group, active in more than 160 countries, continues to emphasize the quality and transparency of its software solutions.
