Claranova: Publication of the Number of Shares and Voting Rights

Claranova SE has published the figures for the shares comprising its share capital and the associated voting rights as of May 31, 2025, in accordance with current regulations. In total, the share capital consists of 57,206,910 shares, which also corresponds to the number of theoretical voting rights. However, some shares are deprived of their voting rights.

The treasury shares, whether registered or bearer, represent a total of 44,494 non-exercisable voting rights. Consequently, the total number of exercisable voting rights amounts to 57,162,416. Claranova thus continues to meet market transparency requirements.
