Transfer of the CIS Liquidity Contract to Portzamparc
CIS has announced the transfer of its liquidity contract to Portzamparc, affiliated with the BNP Paribas Group, effective March 26, 2026. This contract, with a renewable term of one year, aims to promote CIS shares on the Euronext Growth market in Paris, in accordance with applicable regulations, including AMF Decision No. 2021-01.
The previous contract, terminated on March 25, 2026, had been in place since 2006 with Gilbert Dupont. At that time, the liquidity account contained 35,299 shares and €280,464 in cash. The new contract begins with the same assets.
This contract may be suspended or terminated in certain cases, particularly if CIS no longer has the authorization to repurchase shares.
