CIS Half-Year Review with Portzamparc
As of June 30, 2026, Catering International & Services (CIS) presented the half-year report on its liquidity contract with Portzamparc, a subsidiary of the BNP Paribas Group. The liquidity account held 31,441 shares and a cash balance of €347,451. During the first half of the year, 15,405 shares were purchased for €220,586 across 495 transactions. Concurrently, 17,456 shares were sold for a total of €263,428 through 467 transactions.
In comparison, the annual balance sheet as of December 31, 2025, then managed by Gilbert Dupont, showed 33,492 shares and a balance of €304,609. When the contract with Portzamparc was implemented in March 2026, 35,299 shares and €280,464 were available.
