Cie du Bois Sauvage : Rachat d'actions propres fin février 2025
La Compagnie du Bois Sauvage a récemment annoncé l'achat de 700 actions propres durant la semaine du 24 au 28 février 2025. Cette opération s'inscrit dans le cadre d'une autorisation accordée par l'assemblée générale extraordinaire du 28 avril 2021. Les transactions ont été effectuées sur le marché réglementé NYSE Euronext Bruxelles.
Les achats ont varié quotidiennement, avec un prix moyen d'acquisition des actions à 212,77 euros, pour un montant total de 148 942 euros hors frais. Jusqu'au 28 février 2025, l'entreprise avait racheté 7 302 actions depuis le 25 novembre 2024, représentant 0,5% du nombre total d'actions en circulation.
