Notice of the CIBOX General Meeting on June 12, 2026

CIBOX shareholders are invited to an Ordinary and Extraordinary General Meeting on Friday, June 12, 2026, in Paris. The meeting will be held at WOJO, Boulevard Malesherbes, at 10:00 a.m. The agenda and participation procedures will be published in the Bulletin des Annonces Légales Obligatoires (BALO) on May 6, 2026.

An amendment to a decree concerning communication with shareholders was published on May 20, 2026. The full resolutions are available online on the CIBOX website. Documents can be requested by mail or email from CIBOX Inter@ctive, for registered shareholders and bearer shareholders under specific conditions.

If the meeting cannot take place due to a lack of quorum, a new meeting is scheduled for June 26, 2026.
