Le 31 mars 2026, CIBOX a diffusé des informations au sujet du nombre total d'actions et de droits de vote composant son capital social, conformément à l'article 223-16 du règlement de l'AMF. Au 28 février 2026, CIBOX comptait 831 082 122 actions. Le total brut des droits de vote s'élevait à 865 859 715, tandis que le total net était de 858 617 513. Ce dernier chiffre est calculé en déduisant les actions privées de droit de vote du total brut.
