Churchill Resources' Promising Discoveries at Black Raven Project
Churchill Resources Inc. reported significant assay results from its 2026 exploration at the Black Raven Project, Central Newfoundland. The Spring program, comprising 23 drillholes over 4,267 meters, was focused on PC Pond and Frost Cove North prospects. At PC Pond, a vein swarm with gold, silver, and molybdenum was further expanded. Notably, a high-grade intersection at Frost Cove North boasted 19.23% antimony and 0.73 g/t gold over 1.40 meters.
The PC Pond gold-silver-molybdenum system has a broadened strike northwards. Encouraging findings include 0.78% copper with 61.2 g/t silver over 6.22 meters, suggesting a promising copper-silver-gold prospect. Spring exploration results indicate a potentially extensive polymetallic system.
The successful delineation of mineralized zones has propelled Churchill's plans for further investigation. Fall 2026 drilling will aim to delve deeper into this developing project, particularly along the Peninsula Vein Swarm.
