Christian Dior becomes a public limited company
On November 2, 2026, the Combined General Meeting of Christian Dior shareholders was held in Paris. This meeting followed the press release of September 23 announcing a simplification plan by the Arnault family group. At this meeting, shareholders voted in favor of transforming Christian Dior from a European company into a public limited company.
This change in legal status is part of a broader reorganization planned by the group. All resolutions relating to this project have been approved. The transition to a public limited company could provide the brand with a structure better suited to its future strategic needs.
