Charwood Energy Liquidity Contract Half-Year Review

Charwood Energy has published the half-yearly balance sheet of its liquidity contract with Kepler Cheuvreux as of June 30, 2025. As of that date, the liquidity account held 42,552 shares and €18,576.29 in cash. During the half-year, 270 purchase transactions and 245 sale transactions were carried out. The purchase volume was 12,755 shares for €42,532.08, while the sale volume was 16,577 shares for €57,731.58.

Compared to the last balance sheet of December 31, 2024, the account recorded 46,374 shares and €3,231.86 in cash. The implementation is in line with AMF Decision No. 2021-01. These results illustrate the continued evolution of liquidity strategies within Charwood Energy.
