Chargeurs' Liquidity Contract Update for H1 2026
On July 8, 2026, Compagnie Chargeurs Invest released its half-year statement regarding its liquidity contract. As of June 30, 2026, the company's liquidity account comprises 13,859 shares and €1,616,979. In comparison, on December 31, 2025, the account held 12,300 shares and €1,636,590.
The management of the liquidity contract has been transferred from Rothschild & Co Martin Maurel to Rothschild & Co Global Markets Solutions (Europe) SA, following an internal reorganization. This change took effect on July 1, 2026, but does not affect the contract terms or resources.
