Chargeurs Acquires Harwanne, Launches Premium Capital Division
Compagnie Chargeurs Invest (CCI) has announced the acquisition of Harwanne Capital Management, a Franco-Swiss investment firm. This strategic move establishes Premium Capital, a new division devoted to alternative asset management. The division aims to enhance Chargeurs' growth model by tapping into private debt and real assets.
After divesting Novacel, CCI plans to accelerate its proprietary investments using its strengthened equity base. Concurrently, the Premium Capital division provides a foundation for future consolidation, offering recurring revenue through third-party asset management services.
The acquisition aligns with stringent governance standards, with valuation independently verified. This expansion also institutionalizes Chargeurs’ partnerships, providing European partners with tailored investment opportunities.
