CHAPTERS Group AG Expands Bearer Bond to EUR 82 Million

CHAPTERS Group AG has successfully increased its 7.00% bearer bond 2025/2030 by EUR 10 million via a private placement. This move brings the total bond volume to EUR 82 million. The bond framework permits expansions up to EUR 100 million.

The bonds are unsecured with a fixed annual coupon of 7.00%. Interest payments occur semi-annually on February 8 and August 8. Initially issued at par on August 8, 2025, these bonds are due for redemption at par on August 8, 2030. The recent tap issue was executed at 97%.

Application has been submitted to include the new notes in the Open Market of the Frankfurt Stock Exchange. The issuance structure allows CHAPTERS to integrate additional notes with similar terms.
