Changes in voting rights at TotalEnergies EP Gabon
TotalEnergies EP Gabon, a public limited company under Gabonese law, has communicated the figures relating to its share capital as of March 31, 2026. The capital consists of 4,500,000 shares, equivalent to 8,250,017 voting rights at the general meeting.
The increase in voting rights stems from the company's bylaws. According to Article 32 of the company's bylaws, shareholders who have registered their shares in the same name for at least two years are granted double voting rights. For TotalEnergies EP Gabon, 3,750,017 shares benefit from these double voting rights.
This voting structure aims to strengthen the commitment of long-term investors and reflects the stability of the company's shareholding.
