Changes in Management at Vantiva

On October 8, 2026, Vantiva announced the departure of Tim O'Loughlin from his positions as CEO and director for personal reasons. Lars Ihlen will temporarily assume leadership of the company while remaining Chief Financial Officer.

The Board of Directors is preparing to launch the search for a new Chief Executive Officer. In the meantime, Lars Ihlen, with fifteen years of experience at Technicolor Connected Home and Vantiva, is serving as interim CEO.
