Changes in governance at Europlasma
The industrial group Europlasma, specializing in pollution control and decarbonization, has announced changes to its governance. Laurent Collet-Billon and Pascal Gilbert have resigned from their positions as directors, effective November 1, 2026. However, they will retain their roles within the subsidiary Les Forges de Tarbes. The Board of Directors expressed its gratitude for their contributions.
To fill these vacancies, Europlasma plans to convene a general meeting of shareholders. The date, location, and participation details will be announced soon.
