Changements de gouvernance chez MyHotelMatch
Le 15 décembre 2025, MyHotelMatch a annoncé des modifications significatives au sein de sa direction et de son conseil d'administration. À la suite de la démission de Jean-François Ott, Diede van den Ouden a été nommé Directeur Général par intérim. Cette nomination marque une étape cruciale dans la restructuration de l'entreprise. Van den Ouden, actuel Président de Tonner Drones, supervise cette transition jusqu'à l'arrivée d'un Directeur Général permanent.
Parallèlement, trois administrateurs ont démissionné : Anna Albelo, Rebecca Chaussat et Charlotte Gauthier. Ils ont été remplacés par Rudie Reedijk, Jelle Ypma, et David Cloetingh. Ces changements seront ratifiés lors de la prochaine Assemblée Générale, prévue début février.
