Change in Management at Audius SE

Audius SE announced a change in its Management Board as Matthias Kraft decides not to renew his contract. Kraft will step down on August 31, 2026, after nearly 20 years with the company, contributing significantly to its growth. On July 28, 2026, the Supervisory Board appointed Dr. Stephan Weidner as a new Management Board member. Dr. Weidner, already involved with Audius through its subsidiary CompuSafe Data Systems AG, brings extensive IT experience, including roles at Siemens. Responsibilities will be shared among the current executives, ensuring leadership continuity.
