CGRE AG Expands Executive Board with Key Appointments

In a move aligned with its strategic objectives, CGRE AG has announced significant changes to its Executive Board. Ulf Graichen has been appointed as the new Chief Operating Officer, effective March 1, 2026. With 18 years of management experience in construction and property, Graichen brings expertise in project management and redevelopment of various urban sites.

Jeff Schuster will assume the role of Chief Financial Officer from April 1, 2026. His background in business administration and extensive experience in banking regulation and risk management will support CGRE’s financial oversight.

Ronald Pofalla remains the Chairman, focusing on corporate strategy and legal affairs. Meanwhile, Jürgen Kutz departs from the Board but continues to offer advisory services to the company.
