CFI: Preparatory documents for the General Assembly available

On June 6, 2025, Compagnie Foncière Internationale (CFI) announced the availability of preparatory documents for its next general meeting. The meeting will be held on June 27, 2025, at 10:00 a.m. at CFI's headquarters in Paris, located on Avenue Victor Hugo.

The meeting notice was already published on May 23, 2025, in the BALO. Shareholders can now consult the necessary documents on the CFI website. These include, in particular, the draft resolutions, the number of voting rights, the auditor's reports, and the annual report.
