Cession des activités Dahl par Saint-Gobain en Scandinavie
Saint-Gobain a annoncé la finalisation de la cession, le 2 novembre 2026, de ses activités de distribution spécialisée en Suède, Norvège et Danemark à Kesko. Ces activités étaient principalement exploitées sous la marque Dahl.
En 2025, cette branche avait généré un chiffre d'affaires de 2 068 millions d'euros. Elle employait 2 700 personnes et comprenait 190 points de vente. La transaction repose sur une valorisation d'entreprise de 1 518 millions d'euros, représentant 10,4 fois l'EBITDA 2025, incluant les dettes locatives selon IFRS 16, ou 14,6 fois hors dettes locatives.
Cette vente s'inscrit dans le plan stratégique « Lead & Grow » de Saint-Gobain, destiné à optimiser son profil d'activité.
