Centiel SA began trading on the SIX Swiss Exchange today under the ticker symbol CNTL. The listing follows the company's merger with HT5, marking a significant milestone for the technology firm based in Switzerland. An opening bell ceremony at SIX headquarters in Lugano celebrated the occasion.

Filippo Marbach, co-founder of Centiel, voiced enthusiasm about the company's increased flexibility and visibility as a publicly listed entity. He noted that this transition will aid in expanding Centiel's technological reach and accessing new markets.

CEO Gerardo Lecuona highlighted the rising importance of UPS solutions driven by trends such as digitization and AI. The listing, he believes, positions Centiel for future growth.

Gregor Greber thanked HT5 shareholders for their trust and welcomed new investors, emphasizing Centiel's commitment to a more resilient energy future.
