CENIT AG Sees Strong Earnings Increase Amid Capital Expansion
CENIT AG demonstrated considerable improvement in earnings in the first half of 2026. The company experienced a slight revenue increase of 0.9% compared to the previous year, totaling €104.66 million. Despite a modest rise in turnover, EBITDA surged to €8.52 million, up from €1.20 million the previous year, largely due to cost-saving measures under a restructuring program named 'Project Performance'.
To fund the acquisition of the remaining 25.1% stake in ISR Information Products AG, CENIT announced a capital increase, offering 1.67 million new shares priced at €6.50 each. This capital increase is expected to raise around €10.88 million, largely supported by its majority shareholder, PRIMEPULSE SE.
Forecasts for the 2026 financial year remain optimistic, with a projected consolidated turnover of €210 million and EBITDA of at least €18 million. The full acquisition of ISR is anticipated to enhance future profit margins.
