CENIT AG Announces CEO Transition
CENIT AG has announced the resignation of CEO Peter Schneck, effective April 30, 2026. Having joined the board in 2021 and taking the role of CEO in 2022, Schneck led the company through a period of dynamic growth and expansion, facilitating eight international corporate transactions. Revenues increased significantly, reaching EUR 209.5 million, while he played a key role in enhancing the company's international presence and investor relations.
Martin Thiel, formerly the COO of CENIT, will succeed Schneck as CEO starting May 1, 2026. With a history at CENIT since 1993 and over 14 years leading the company's largest business unit, Thiel brings extensive experience and strategic insight. The Supervisory Board expresses confidence in Thiel's ability to continue solidifying operations and profitability, ensuring continuity for stakeholders.
