Cembra Publishes Details for 2026 Annual General Meeting
On March 19, 2026, Cembra Money Bank AG announced the agenda and proposals for its 2026 Annual General Meeting (AGM). Scheduled for April 24, 2026, the AGM will be held at the Zurich Convention Center. The meeting details are available on Cembra’s website.
The board proposes a total dividend of CHF 5.60 per share, consisting of an ordinary dividend of CHF 4.60 and an extraordinary dividend of CHF 1.00. All current board members are up for re-election for another term of one year.
