CCL Industries Reports Record Q2 2026 Results
CCL Industries Inc. announced a strong financial performance for the second quarter of 2026. The company reported a 9.1% increase in sales, reaching $2,110.2 million, driven by 5.0% organic growth and a 2.3% positive currency translation effect.
Operating income rose by 8.8% to $350.6 million, with the operating margin remaining steady at 16.6%, mirroring the figures from 2025. The positive impact of currency translation contributed 2.2% to the operating income. Restructuring expenses were recorded at $5.2 million, primarily from severance costs in Europe.
Net earnings for the period were $223.8 million, and basic earnings per Class B share increased by 8.3% to $1.31. The company returned $325.3 million to shareholders, including $61.2 million in dividends.
CEO Geoffrey T. Martin highlighted profitability improvements despite geopolitical and inflationary challenges, noting strong gains across the CCL and Innovia segments.
