Preparatory Documents Released for CBo Territoria's General Meeting
Sainte-Marie, April 7, 2026 – CBo Territoria has announced details regarding the release of preparatory documents for its Combined General Meeting scheduled for April 28, 2026. The meeting will take place at 2:30 p.m. at Hub Lizine in Sainte-Marie, La Réunion, with a live video webcast available for shareholders who pre-register on the company’s website. A recording of the meeting will remain accessible online for at least two years.
The preliminary notice, including the agenda and draft resolutions, was published in the BALO on March 23, 2026. Shareholders can access preparatory documents as outlined in Article R.22-10-23 of the French Commercial Code via CBo Territoria’s website. These documents are available for registered shareholders upon request, subject to specific conditions.
