Carvolix secures €30 million in funding to support its growth
Carvolix has secured €30 million in structured debt financing from Claret Capital, a European debt fund. The loan is structured in four tranches, with an initial drawdown of €10 million. The second tranche is contingent upon FDA approval of the Tavipilot robot. This injection of funds aims to support the commercialization and industrialization of Carvolix's advanced technologies, including Tavipilot and Kalios.
The funds will allow Carvolix to continue developing its mini-robots and biomimetic implants, designed to revolutionize interventional cardiology and stroke treatment. Claret Capital sees this initiative as validation of Carvolix's innovative technology.
