Carrefour Updates on Voting Rights and Shares
Carrefour, a French société anonyme with a share capital of €1,840,786,972.50, has released details regarding its voting rights and shares as of November 30, 2025. The update adheres to French legal requirements stipulated in article L.233-8 II of the Code de commerce and article 223-16 of the AMF's General Regulation.
The company declared a total of 736,314,789 issued shares on the said date. The real number of voting rights, excluding treasury shares, stands at 795,741,356. Including treasury shares, the theoretical number of voting rights totals 825,823,607. These figures are calculated in accordance with article 223-11 of the AMF's General Regulation.
This announcement follows Carrefour's objective to maintain transparency with its shareholders. It reflects the current status of corporate equity as registered at the French Commercial and Companies Registry.
