Carrefour has successfully completed its tender offer on its €1 billion 2.625% notes maturing on December 15, 2027. Announced on April 29, 2025, Carrefour accepted €200 million of these notes for repurchase.

All repurchased notes will be cancelled, with settlement expected on May 12, 2025. This move helps Carrefour efficiently manage its debt maturity and liquidity.

The tender offer follows Carrefour's recent issuance of €500 million in sustainability-linked notes, maturing in May 2029, and carrying a fixed annual coupon of 2.875%. These notes are now trading on Euronext Paris.
