Carrefour announced the successful completion of its tender offer, repurchasing €200 million of its existing notes. The offer involved €1 billion notes (2.625% maturing on December 15, 2027) and €850 million sustainability-linked notes (4.125% maturing on October 12, 2028). Of these, €800 million and €850 million remain outstanding respectively. The tendered notes will be cancelled, with settlement anticipated on June 5, 2026.

This strategic action is part of Carrefour's efforts to manage its debt maturity profile and improve liquidity. The move follows the issuance of new sustainability-linked notes worth €750 million, set to mature in June 2034, with an annual coupon rate of 3.875%. These new notes will begin trading on Euronext Paris on June 4, 2026.
