Carrefour Reports on Liquidity Contract as of December 2025

Carrefour has announced the results of its liquidity contract with Rothschild Martin Maurel, effective as of 31 December 2025. At this date, the liquidity account contained no shares and 28,951,990.16 euros. The activities for the second half of 2025 included 11,055 purchase transactions involving 9,641,293 shares, totaling 123,382,310.28 euros. On the sale side, 14,813 transactions were conducted with 9,771,293 shares traded, reaching a transaction value of 125,056,105.91 euros.

At the start of the contract on 30 June 2025, the account held 130,000 shares and 27,278,194.53 euros. The results reflect Carrefour's strategic management of its liquidity, optimizing resource allocation over the examined period.
