Capital B Implements Reverse Stock Split

Capital B, listed on Euronext Growth Paris, has officially enacted a reverse stock split, consolidating 10 existing shares into 1 new share. This adjustment, effective as of September 8, 2026, aims to boost institutional development and attract a wider range of investors. The transition requires no shareholder action, with new shares set for settlement and delivery by September 10, 2026.

The reverse stock split affects 382,506,040 existing shares, resulting in 38,250,604 new shares being admitted for trading under ISIN code FR0014019Y19. Adjustments have also been made to convertible bonds, warrants, and free share rights to align with this change. The conversion ratios of convertible bonds and the exercise ratio for warrants have been adjusted to reflect the new share structure.
