Capital and voting rights of Electricity and Water of Madagascar as of June 6, 2025
The company Électricité et Eaux de Madagascar, headquartered in Paris, has announced the number of shares and voting rights as of June 6, 2025. The share capital amounts to €14,345,747.50, consisting of 5,738,299 shares.
The theoretical voting rights stand at 6,436,768. However, the exercisable voting rights are 4,613,768. This difference results from a suspension, decided by the Paris Court of Appeal, of the voting rights of certain shares held by Mr. Valéry Le Helloco and affiliates.
This regulatory data, in accordance with the AMF regulations, reflects the need to clarify the distribution and exercise of rights within the general meeting.
