Capgemini issues an €800 million bond prospectus
Capgemini, listed on Euronext Paris under the symbol CAP, has published a prospectus for an €800 million bond issue. This transaction has received visa number 26-131 from the French Financial Markets Authority (AMF). The bonds have a maturity of 7 years and carry a coupon of 3.875%.
