Capgemini's Financial Performance in 2025
Capgemini reported revenue of €22,465 million in 2025, marking a 1.7% increase. At constant exchange rates, growth was 3.4%. Q4 saw a revenue growth spike of 10.6%. The operating margin held steady at 13.3% of revenues. Net profit reached €1,601 million, despite a 4.2% decrease. The company proposed a dividend of €3.40 per share.
In a statement, CEO Aiman Ezzat noted that the strategic direction, bolstered by demand for cloud, AI, and digital services, led to exceeding revenue growth objectives. Capgemini's expansion included acquiring WNS, enhancing AI-driven operations.
Regionally, North America showed a 7.3% revenue increase, while the UK and Ireland rose by 10.5%. France experienced a 4.1% decline. Capgemini's outlook for 2026 includes revenue growth between 6.5% and 8.5% at constant exchange rates, highlighting AI-led transformation efforts as key growth drivers.
