TeamViewer Achieves FY 2025 Revenue Targets
On January 9, 2026, TeamViewer SE announced that it successfully met its fiscal year 2025 pro forma topline guidance. The company's revenue reached approximately €767 million, marking an approximate 5% year-over-year increase, aligning with prior projections. Additionally, the company's Annual Recurring Revenue (ARR) saw a growth of approximately 2% year-over-year, totaling around €760 million.
The Adjusted EBITDA margin for FY 2025 is anticipated to be around 44%, consistent with earlier forecasts. Despite adverse impacts from foreign exchange fluctuations, TeamViewer's performance exceeded the lower guidance limits. Strategic contract wins in the Enterprise segment contributed significantly to the strong quarterly results.
TeamViewer plans to release its full set of preliminary and unaudited results for Q4/FY 2025 on February 10, 2026.
