Cancellation of treasury shares by CBo Territoria

On January 8, 2026, CBo Territoria announced that its Board of Directors had decided to cancel 1,047,394 treasury shares. These shares represent 2.87% of the company's share capital. This decision is in accordance with the authorization granted by the Shareholders' Meeting on April 30, 2025.

Following this transaction, CBo Territoria's share capital now stands at €46,860,000, divided into 35,500,000 shares with a par value of €1.32 each. After this cancellation, the company now holds only 424,267 treasury shares, not including those held under the liquidity contract, which amounted to 41,035 shares at the close of trading on January 7, 2026.
