Cancellation of own shares by the Cie du Bois Sauvage
Compagnie du Bois Sauvage has cancelled 14,587 of its own shares. This decision follows the extraordinary general meeting of April 28, 2021, which renewed the Board of Directors' authorization to acquire treasury shares in accordance with the Belgian Companies and Associations Code. The shares in question were acquired between November 25, 2024, and November 21, 2025, and their cancellation was formalized by a notarial deed on December 18, 2025.
This transaction did not change the company's share capital, which remains at EUR 84,410,824.72. However, the number of outstanding voting shares decreased from 1,618,993 to 1,604,406. This new number of shares must now be included in any transparency declaration.
