Cancellation of Bourrelier Group's Rights to Additional Price Payments
Bourrelier Group announces its request to Euroclear for the deregistration of its premium payment rights. These rights, issued during the public delisting offer initiated by M14 in 2021, expired on May 31, 2026. This expiration is in accordance with the terms defined in the information memorandum approved by the AMF on June 22, 2021.
Bourrelier Group's 2025 annual report, published on April 30, 2026, details the status of disputes related to these price supplements. Consequently, M14 has mandated Uptevia, the centralizing agent, to take the necessary steps to remove them from the register. Rights holders will be notified via a financial notice.
