Camino Minerals Strengthens Management for Puquios Copper Mine Development

Camino Minerals Corp, in partnership with Nittetsu Mining Co., Ltd., has announced new key management appointments for the development of the Puquios copper project in Chile. Marcelo Bruna takes on the role of CEO of Cuprum SpA, overseeing Chilean operations. He brings over 30 years of experience in mining investments and project development.

A new finance team in Santiago has been established to advance financial planning and support debt initiatives. A financial package with a Japanese lender is anticipated mid-2026. Additionally, Darryl Steane joins as a Corporate Development Consultant to aid strategic growth and expansion of the company's copper assets.

These efforts aim to bolster Camino's operational and financial capabilities as they gear towards starting construction of the Puquios mine by mid-2026. This transition is part of a broader strategy to expand Camino's footprint in the copper sector.
