The executive search firm Caldwell (TSX:CWL)(OTCQX:CWLPF) has announced the appointment of Domenic Falzarano as a Partner in its Consumer Practice. Based in Dubai, Falzarano brings nearly 20 years of experience in executive search and leadership advisory, particularly in the UAE and Saudi Arabia. His role enhances Caldwell's presence across sectors such as entertainment, sports, tourism, and consumer markets.
Falzarano's background includes significant partnerships with diverse organizations, from sovereign wealth funds to sports clubs and multinational corporations. Before Caldwell, he was with PageGroup, pioneering its Dubai office and later leading the firm’s Saudi operations.
Falzarano holds a degree in politics and international relations from the University of Kent. Caldwell CEO Chris Beck highlighted that Falzarano’s experience aligns with the firm's goals of reinforcing its market presence and delivering leadership talent that drives change.
