Caldwell Announces New Leadership for Industrial Practice and Analytics
Toronto-based executive search firm, Caldwell, announced significant leadership changes to bolster its Industrial Practice and Caldwell Analytics. Les Gombik and Amanda Henkel have been appointed as co-managing partners for the Industrial Practice. Dave Winston, a pivotal figure in developing Caldwell Analytics, has now been named its managing partner.
The Industrial Practice is a key sector for Caldwell, focusing on industries such as manufacturing, aerospace, and energy. Gombik, with over 30 years in executive search, brings experience in CEO and board appointments. Henkel, with 25 years in the field, is known for aligning talent strategies with organizational transformation.
