He is known for placing leaders in key roles and helping build diverse leadership teams. His career includes working with FTSE companies and high-growth businesses across the UK and EMEA.

Prior to joining Caldwell, Langridge led a financial services practice at a leadership advisory firm. He holds a master's degree from the University of Oxford and is involved in the UK fintech ecosystem.
