JPMorgan Increases Stake in Cairn Homes Plc

JPMorgan Asset Management Holdings Inc. has increased its stake in Cairn Homes Plc, raising its voting rights from 7.08% to 7.69%. The acquisition was completed on 7th July 2026, and notified to the issuer on 9th July 2026. The increase in holdings was attributed to acquiring additional shares and financial instruments.

The voting rights attached to shares now stand at 7.15%, with an additional 0.55% through financial instruments, including equity swaps. The transaction included rights to recall and cash-settled equity swaps, contributing a combined 0.55% to their voting rights.
