SKAN's 2025 Financial Year: Mixed Results amid Strategic Moves

In the financial year 2025, SKAN AG reported an order intake rise of 3.1% to CHF 370.6 million, although net sales fell by 7.7% to CHF 333.3 million due to delayed projects. The company's EBITDA fell notably by 32.3% to CHF 38.6 million. A dividend of CHF 0.22 per share was proposed, reflecting cautious optimism.

The Equipment & Solutions segment saw declines in order intake and net sales, yet the Services & Consumables segment experienced growth, partly due to strategic acquisitions. SKAN's recent acquisitions of Metronik and ABC Transfer strengthened its service offerings and digital integration capabilities.

Looking ahead, SKAN forecasts a net sales growth in the upper teens for 2026. The introduction of pre-approved services and strategic market expansions are anticipated to drive this growth.
