Annual General Meeting of SKAN Group AG Approves All Proposals

On 7 May 2026, SKAN Group AG held its Annual General Meeting at its headquarters in Allschwil, with 79.88% of the voting share capital represented. All proposals by the Board of Directors were approved, including a dividend distribution of CHF 0.22 per share, split equally between an ordinary dividend and a tax-free distribution from capital reserves.
